The Nike LeBron 8 Joins the Space Jam Session

The  Nike  LeBron 8 has joined the ongoing celebrations for the premiere of Space Jam: A New Legacy. Beaverton sure have come out in support of the long-awaited sequel to the OG Space Jam, and this LeBron 8 is one of many sneaker tributes to the film franchise. The mostly black design takes its colour hits from the same hues used in advertising for LeBron’s movie, with orange lines across the upper, and a holographic finish near the forefoot. There’s also ‘Tune Squad’ branding on the tongues, and a glow-in-the-dark sole unit to complete the lively theme.

Back when the LeBron 8 debuted in 2010, Nike heralded it as a classic silhouette inspired by the shell of a dress shoe. With a basketball-specific Max Air 360 unit down below for elite cushioning, the Flywire tech up above delivered the perfect combination of lightweight comfort and lockdown control.
