Ned Flanders' adidas McCarten from The Simpsons Colab Releases in October
The Simpsons and have been responsible for one of the collaborations of 2021, and now the lineup is honouring everyone’s favourite next-door neighbour: Ned Flanders. Dubbed the ‘Left Handers Rule’, the colourway makes use of the underrated McCarten silhouette, which arrives with a distinct Flanders-themed look. Without question, this pair would look diddly dandy among the Leftorium’s inventory!
Nodding to Ned’s familiar look, the adidas McCarten features green and brown suede uppers inspired by his sweater, hair and moustache. Additionally, the pink sockliners reference his collared shirt, with a black sole unit arriving to add a nice contrasting element down below. As for branding, things are kept to a minimum, with a small gold trefoil badge hitting the lateral side. Rounding things out are graphics of Ned found on both the special hangtag, as well as the deluxe packaging, which is based on the aforementioned Leftorium speciality store. Argh – these are some stupid, sexy sneakers!
