They’re Back! Peep the Collaborative Penn x Dizygotic Project Alpha
, the independent, mismatched ultra-luxe sneaker brand, have made a name for themselves in the sneakersphere thanks to their unique approach and premium materials. Previously, they’ve collaborated with and immortalised the infamous NBA brawl. Now, just in time for The US Open, Dizygotic are preparing to drop a collaboration with Penn!
Michael Hernandez, a footwear legend and ex creative director, helped lead this collaborative project between the two brands. This is his debut project for the Dizygotic that pays homage to his love of tennis, while also playing tribute to rebellious styles of the late 80s and early 90s. The construction of these heaters comes correct in a mix of denim and canvas, which stars in a short film created alongside The Mack’s! Our favourite part is the special, co-branded tennis balls made with denim and canvas.
