This Grey Nike Air Max Plus Yields to Yellow
Official images have emerged of a grey that yields to yellow, boasting the colour gradient that looks ever so good on the signature rib overlays of this notorious silhouette. That fade from yellow to grey also features on the midsole, before the yellow seeps into the visible Air units.
While news of the return of the hit earlier this week, sneakerheads need very few reminders of who’s the boss of the Air Max Plus family. And the Tn is currently enjoying a purple patch, punctuated by the recent that has unleashed a fiery trio of coveted creps.
The Air Max Plus first appeared on the scene in 1998, and was the brainchild of industry veteran Sean McDowell. The hypnotic upper takes design cues from Florida’s swaying palm trees and vibrant evening skies. The distinctive OG colourway’s dusk-inspired blue fade and moulded palm trunk–like overlays left an impression on the sneakersphere that still resonates today.
Pairs of this grey and yellow Nike Air Max Plus are expected to hit Nike and selected Swoosh stockists very soon.
