Here's Everything You Need to Know About the Travis Scott x Nike Zoom Field Jaxx

Travis Scott has gifted a fan the shoes off his feet at a Chicago concert after the fan went bar for bar with him in ‘Lost Forever’. The pair in question has been dubbed the Shark-a-Don ‘Beechtree’, which suggests it is a hybrid of the vintage Nike Shark and Spiridon, as can be seen in the design lines and midsole pattern (although this hasn’t been officially confirmed). It looks to be very similar to the model he teased in September last year on Instagram, albeit in a different colourway. Since it’s not only unreleased but also worn on-stage, it’s one very valuable pair of sneakers; however, Scott gave clear instructions once back on stage, saying ‘Don’t sell my shoes, man. They’re my favourite pair, so don’t sell them’. The recipient, @oscarvsthewrld, has stuck by this (so far) and shared a story saying ‘Not for resale’ with a picture of the stamp on the heel that states the shoe is a sample and property of Nike.

Close-ups of the unreleased Shark-a-Dons show a cream and brown palette, with a bright hit of ‘Track Red’. The base of the pair is in a smooth ‘Chocolate Brown’ suede, gracing the toe, midfoot, heel and tongue. ‘Tan’ suede takes the overlays and midsole, along with the heel tab, tongue tag, and lockdown strap. For a contrast in texture, corduroy graces the heel and tongue, and the contrast in colours comes with a ‘Track Red’ sock liner and a clean white Swoosh (noticeably not reversed).

There hasn’t been any official word on this pair just yet, but rumours suggest it is dropping in the Northern Hemisphere’s Fall of this year, which would align with the colour palette of the pair. Stay locked to Sneaker Freaker for updates!
