Union Tackle the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star

As an outlet that supports upcoming, diverse and independent designers, Union have been on a mission to support creatives ever since their founding in the late 80s. One of those is New York–based Sheila Bridges, who is the artist responsible for creating the very honoured Harlem Toile visual. It expresses scenes of African American culture in the scenes of French toile.
As part of Converse’s continued support of Black creatives, they’ve linked with Union and Bridges to help bring this collaboration to life. Leaving the iconic crep in its signature construction, Union have kitted-out the upper in a mostly-cream attire. They’ve splashed a number of the Harlem Toile graphics throughout. Matching white laces, midsole and medial branding, plus Union’s tag on the lateral side, add the finishing touches.
The Union x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star will hit select retailers on October 13 alongside a matching hoodie and bucket hat.
