Up Close: Air Jordan 1 ‘Shattered Backboard 3.0’ Gets Fresh Pics

There's been surrounding the upcoming  ‘Shattered Backboard 3.0’, but we’ve been starved of a look at the actual sneaker – that is, until now. Leaked via LN5factory, these new pics confirm our suspicions of the colour-blocking, and also give us a detailed look at the leather construction.

Wearing a black and ‘Starfish’ (orange) crinkled patent-leather upper, the sneaker’s unique look tips its hat to the luxe tumbled-leather make-up of the OG pair. As expected, a ‘Pale Vanilla’ rubber sole rounds things out. Inspired by Jordan’s orange and black jersey during a 1986 exhibition game when he literally shattered the backboard, the OG ‘Shattered Backboard’ has stamped itself as one of the most-coveted AJ1s, given distinct remixes in 2016 and 2018.

The ‘Shattered Backboard 3.0’ releases on October 26 at select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike for $160.
