It's about time! black x design – – has finally made it into production.
The make-up features a jet black upper and matching sole unit both adorned with Abloh's signature deconstructed details ("AIR" printed on the midsole, exposed foam cushioning at the inner lining, and overlocked Swooshes that have been purposefully applied, removed and reapplied). The staple 'Off-White™ for Nike' text is printed on the medial sides and a zip-tie made with a milky translucent plastic is attached.
The design looks largely the same as with a few tweaks here and there, but as much is to be expected with so much time until production. Curiously, an image of the box label supplied by the leaker describes the shoe as a collaboration between Abloh and New York City's Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).

Drake was spotted wearing the upcoming collaboration courtside at the Grizzlies vs Kings over the weekend, suggesting a drop isn't fair off, though we can't be sure whether these will be released to the public or exclusively to Abloh's family and friends.
