West NYC and Mache Link Up on an Alpine Guide-Inspired Runner v2
has been a busy man as of late, still on the customisation game for the likes of Stefon Diggs and Adam Theilen on the gridiron, and his own sneaker in the Mache Runner v2. Coming off of the , Mache links up with Upper West Side’s finest to take on the colourway from an iconic West NYC collaboration of the past.
West NYC linked up with New Balance in 2012 on the MT580, taking on a 90s-inspired ski and snow apparel look. Mache and West are bringing the same hues to his Runner v2, using grey suede on the base with purple and teal accenting throughout. Mache and West NYC co-branding are found on the respective tongues and insoles, with teal paint splatter used on the black EVA foam midsole. Finally, a purple Mache-branded outsole finishes off the sneaker, with the collaboration coming with a dust bag, extra laces, and a collector’s card.
The West NYC x Mache Runner v2 ‘Alpine Guide’ is dropping on October 28, 2023, exclusively in-store at West NYC and retailing for $300. For those not in NYC, the collaborative sneaker will go up for pre-order on Mache’s website at a later date.
