Originally released in 1988, the fan-favourite Azura continues its contemporary renaissance alongside the Parisian streetwear label famed for its quality, hardwearing garments.
Naturally, the collaborative Azura delivers an unmistakable aesthetic, combining elements of labour and leisure. Inspired by a trip to the United States in the 90s, BdP founder Thomas Giorgetti has applied an acquainted scheme of white, navy blue, and orange to the suede and mesh upper, harking back to the signature shades of many great American sporting teams.
The Saucony trademark side logo panelling is given a stitched-on denim finish, as subtle BdP branding hits are applied to the mudguard and tongue. Meanwhile, a compression-moulded EVA midsole, Saucony’s proprietary Stabil Wrap, and Torsional Rigidity Bar all work harmoniously to deliver that all-time Azura comfort and stability.
