Here's What Cleats the NFL Stars Are Wearing in the Super Bowl LIX
The Super Bowl LIX day, which means there's plenty of heat on feet for game. Here's what cleats the NFL players in both the Chiefs and Eagles are wearing for their chance at the ring.
Jalen Hurts
For this year's Super Bowl, Jalen Hurts is wearing 'Unbannable' Air Jordan 1 cleats, in the spirit of the ongoing Banned marketing. He's wearing these for the warmups, but doesn't look like he's bringing these out for the actual game since (shocker) they go against the NFL's uniform rules – the cleats have to be in the team's colours and since Hurts is on the green-and-white Eagles, they definitely don't comply. Looks Jordan didn't want to pay another fine.
Travis Kelce
Travis Kelce is wearing PE Air Jordan 11 cleats in the Kansas City Chiefs red. In another picture, it looked like there was an alternate yellow pair with gold spikes, so stay tuned to see if he changes over at half time.
Cooper Dejean
Cooper Dejean is rocking PE Air Jordan 1 cleats in the Eagles green – replete with an Eagle head on the interior right shoe.
Patrick Mahomes
In his fifth Super Bowl appearance, Patrick Mahomes is wearing a pair of adidas cleats in Chiefs red.
Brandon Graham
Brandon Graham is cheffing it up for the Super Bowl, rocking a pair of Lebron 'Grinch' cleats.
Saquon Barkley
Saquon Barkley is wearing an eye-catching pair of metallic silver LeBron 4 Cleat PEs for warmups.
Andy Reid
As an honourable mention, Cheifs coach Andy Reid is rocking a pair of 'Triple Black' Supreme AF-1s!
Charles Omenihu
Charles Omenihu is coming in strong with custom Lombardi-inspired cleats for the pre-game and a similar pair for the actual game that has less embellishments.
