The Big Cat Looks Ferocious With Latest ‘Go Wild’ Campaign
PUMA’s running catalogue has received plenty of plaudits in recent years, even winning gold medals at Paris 2024. Their NITRO series especially has become regular daily drivers for athletes across the globe. Now, PUMA are recognising their position, coming out with their biggest campaign yet called ‘Go Wild’, where they show runners chasing the high.
‘PUMA has always been home to athletes who achieved greatness in sports by being their true selves and following their own path to success,’ said Arne Freundt, CEO at PUMA in a statement. ‘Iconic personalities from the past and the present like Tommie Smith, Usain Bolt, Breanna Stewart or Neymar are great ambassadors of the unique PUMA DNA: our athletes with a great personality embracing self-expression and joy. With our second brand campaign, we are taking another important step in strengthening our distinctive and emotional connection with our consumers in our brand elevation journey.’
The first part of this 2025 campaign is the ‘Go Wild’ video, which is a tribute to runners around the globe and the rush of dopamine attributed with a good run.
‘This new brand campaign represents a new vision for sport and a new chapter for PUMA, aligned with the expectations of a younger generation and rooted in PUMA’s history,’ said Richard Teyssier, global VP of brand and marketing at PUMA. ‘In times of social media followership and "meme" culture, we want to inspire the professional and everyday athletes to look inside themselves to find their own greatness and have the courage to unleash their true self.’
PUMA’s ‘Go Wild’ campaign kicks off today, March 20, and will run throughout 2025 and into 2026. Go get that high!
