We’ve seen a few leaks here and there of an upcoming adidas NMD City Sock Gore-Tex, but surely this confirms it. The latest images – though not obtained directly from the brand – look like official Three Stripe product shots, which is always a good indicator that a release isn't too far off. The addition of a Gore-Tex membrane would make the otherwise leaky knit completely waterproof, so it would make sense to expect the style to drop in time for the Northern Hemisphere's winter. The simple black colourway and crisp white BOOST sole are a winning combo, but it’s that logo on the instep that seals the deal.
