David Beckham Taps Back In With a Vibrant Pink adidas Predator Elite
The last time Becks dropped a pair of adidas Predators, the brand claimed they sold out in just 24 hours. It’s no surprise, really – almost all of the Manchester United midfielder’s legendary moments were marked by some iteration of the line, from wearing his Predator Precision to curl a free kick into the top corner, sending England to the 2002 World Cup and cementing his place in football history.
From bending free kicks to inspiring limited editions like the Predator Pulse and the 2017 capsule collection, there’s no denying that the Inter Miami founder’s connection with the technical lineage runs deep. So it only makes sense that the 50-year-old returns once again, this time with a bold pink take on the Predator Elite, marking the latest chapter in his long-running influence on the line.
Inspired by the vibrant identity of Inter Miami CF, the adidas Predator Elite by David Beckham arrives with a strikingly pink upper, off-set by black and white accents throughout. The cleat's classic fold over tongue showcases both the adidas and Beckham logos in white, while a pink elastic strap carries the iconic Predator branding. Inside, a fuchsia-coloured insole graphic pays subtle tribute to DB7's legacy, nodding to his Predator boots from his MLS days.
'When it came to designing this boot, I knew straight away it had to be pink,' Beckham said in a statement. 'The pink design isn’t just a colour choice, it’s a statement – it’s having the confidence to stand out from the crowd. This boot, and the sneaker, inspired by my love of Miami, bring together performance, style and my personal taste and I’m excited for it to finally be released.'
Elsewhere, the cleat sports a STRIKESKIN upper, offering increased grip between boot and ball. For a precise fit and responsive touch, HYBRIDTOUCH 2.0 is applied across the upper. The iconic fold over tongue features integrated rubber elements, improving touch and control on every strike. Underfoot, the lightweight CONTROLFRAME 2.0 soleplate delivers traction, acceleration and agile 360 movement.
Joining the lineup is the Predator Freestyle, a lifestyle silhouette that has been designed in the same bold colour palette as the boot. A pink base is paired with white three stripes and a deeper pink T-toe for a striking off-pitch look. Branding arrives in the form of a Predator logo on the outer side and a clean white rubber outsole, ultimately finishing the design.
