The 'Olympic' Air Jordan 7 is a mainstay on the retro release calendar. Ever since Jordan Brand put the AJ7 back into production, the gold-medal-winning colourway has reared its head nearly every time the Summer Games rolls around. While we are still awaiting 2016's rumoured retro of the OG, an 'Alternate' rendition of the 'Olympic' colourway is right around the corner. This all-new make-up adopts the red, white and blue of Team USA – natch – but mixes up the placement, with a midsole gradient and rich blue underlays similar to the Air Jordan 6 'Olympic'. Finished off with gold highlights and Nike Air branding on the inner sole, this shoe is a medal-worthy addition to the AJ7 arsenal.
