UPDATE: After weeks of waiting, a release date for the Jordan Trunner LX 'Bulls' has finally been announced. You'll be able to cop your pair on May 3 from and select Jordan Brand stockists. It's worth noting that these official release photos show the red to be noticeably lighter than earlier photos – a welcome change and one more in line with the classic Bulls colour combo.
It is rare for a Jordan Brand silhouette outside the flagship Air Jordan lineage to leave a lasting impression on the sneaker world – but such is the legacy of the Trunner. The cult-classic silhouette made a surprise – and much praised – return earlier this year as part of the 2017 BHM release line-up, but now it is finally coming back in OG colours. Last seen in 2006, this 'Bulls' make-up is a classic combination of black, white and deep vermillion for the woven runner x trainer hybrid. Hopefully this is a sign that more OG colourways are in the pipeline.
