KAWS Announces Air Jordan Collaboration
Ready your crossed-out-eyes emojis because KAWS has confirmed that he has a Jordan Brand collaboration in the works. The artist broke the news himself on after leaked images on stirred discussion on Twitter.
While KAWS’ post confirmed the collaboration, details on the model and colourway have remained elusive. Images on Nike Talk that are claimed to be of the upcoming colab show a black AJ4 with gold eyelets and glow in the dark soles, but the shoe looks far too similar to the ‘Royalty’ Jordan 4 – and, in these early stages, it's highly likely that these are a rough sample.
Others on Twitter are saying that the final colourway is a ‘Cool Grey/White’ – but until Jordan Brand weighs in, no one has a definitive say. Stay tuned and you’ll know as soon as further information comes to light.
