Mister Cartoon X Nike Cortez Collection
Mister Cartoon sums up all things West Coast in his latest Nike colab by dressing Los Angeles' quintessential sneaker, the Cortez, in his street-style motifs.
The collection comprises three versions, each one representing a different aspect of LA's colourful urban landscape. The quilted navy blue version reflects the interiors of the city’s low-rider cars; the black has an ‘LA’ monogram layered in with the Swoosh; and a white iteration features hand-drawn ‘Cortez’ script on the side. Each one sits atop a tricolour layered sole, while a few special touches such as custom branding and lace deubrés scattered about.
The Mr. Cartoon x Nike Cortez collection will be available on July 14 from select stockists as well as online from .
