Hyperfuse Vibes Reach the Golf-Geared Nike Air Max 90

Back in the 2010s, Hyperfuse Air Max 90s had the sneakersphere in a chokehold, with everyone clamouring to scoop the many flavours touching down. Those who were in the scene during that time will remember the legendary ‘Independence Day’ pack, which was famously worn by Kanye West. In 2024, Hyperfuse doesn’t hold as much weight as it did a decade ago, but that hasn’t stopped Team Swoosh from bringing the tech vibes to their latest golf-geared Air Max 90.

Doing away with the usual leather and suede, Nike have ensconced the upper in fused synthetic panels with additional mesh laid down as the base. The colourway has been toned down, with a simplistic white and ‘Royal Pulse’ palette, complete with additional grey outsole accents. Other Swoosh golf sneakers boast spikes, but this Air Max 90 instead rocks a no-spike build with an outsole built for wetter conditions on the green.
