Fresh-faced fusion wonder child, the Nike Air Max Mercurial R9, mixes a classic soccer cleat originally designed for Brazilian striker Ronaldo, with a street-ready Air Max outsole. After recent R9 drops in white and black, the Swoosh team flick back through the sneaker’s lineage to deliver an OG version in silver, blue and yellow – the same colourway originally rocked by the great bald one way back in 1998.
