PUMA’s running category has continued to reach boundless heights with a catalogue full of high-performance runners that have built a stellar reputation. The Deviate franchise in particular has been the building block for the Big Cat’s running sector and they’ve now gone off-road with the Deviate NITRO Elite Trail.
‘The Deviate franchise represents speed for PUMA RUNNING, and we thought it was time to bring more speed to the trails. Deviate NITRO Elite Trail features two layers of our NITROFOAM ELITE and a Carbon Fiber PWRPLATE to pick up the pace on any terrain, along with a healthy-serving PUMAGRIP ATR rubber for unmatched grip and traction,’ said Damion Perry, PUMA’s product line manager. ‘This shoe packs a punch for long days in the mountains or your next ultra, definitely the fastest cat on the trail.’
For the Deviate NITRO Elite Trail, PUMA have kitted the uppers in breathable ULTRAWEAVE and reinforced them with lightweight PWRTAPE. Down below, PUMA’s two layers of NITROFOAM provide high responsiveness and a stack height of 36mm.
The PUMA Deviate NITRO Elite Trail has launched and is currently available through the Big Cat’s webstore and their flagship locations.
